Over the years I’ve managed to put together a small portfolio of small commercial and residential properties. I am an “active” landlord. I personally look at each application and make the decisions. I do most of my own make ready and maintenance. When you rent from me you won’t be dealing with a big faceless corporation who you can never talk to. My tenants know how to reach me and know that I am very approachable.
There is a $50 application fee for all my tenants that must be paid in cash. This application fee goes to offset the costs of running consumer related reports such as credit, criminal background and prior evictions. If you have “issues” let me know up front and we can discuss them. The mere presence of criminal activity will not automatically disqualify you from being a tenant. All things are looked at on an individual basis.
