Are you willing to go out on a ledge?   The view is always better from the ledge but the risks are also higher.   

Over the years I’ve taken many risks, some of which were very foolish and some that weren’t.  As I’ve gotten older I’ve tried to learn from the opportunities that life presents to me.   I try to take more “calculated” risk now.   I use some of the “underwriting principals” I learned during 20 years as an insurance agency owner.
